Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after successful payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the relevant shipping information at the email address provided during checkout.
Shipping within Greece
Orders are delivered throughout Greece via our cooperating courier services. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight of the order.
The final shipping cost is always displayed before the completion and payment of your order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders of €80 or more, where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:
- Attica: approximately 1 business day
- Mainland Greece: approximately 1–2 business days
- Greek Islands: approximately 1–3 business days
- Remote / hard-to-reach areas: approximately 1–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Remote Areas
Certain postal codes may be classified by the courier company as remote or hard-to-reach areas. In these cases, different shipping charges and/or delivery times may apply. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Failed or Refused Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring that the order can be received at the specified address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, repeated absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping or reshipping costs resulting from such circumstances may be charged to the customer.
